SELLERS/REALTORS: Once you have a contract on your property, you are required by Virginia law to provide the buyer with a resale certificate from Timbuctu POA.  The resale certificate provides the buyer with information on Timbuctu POA rules, regulations, and assessments in advance of closing on the property.
