Owner Email Authorization Form

The preferred method of communication from the Association to the membership is via e-mail.  If you have not provided your email address(es), please complete the attached form and send to the TPOA via USPS or email.  The mailing address is TPOA, PO Box 117, Wise, NC  27594.  You can also email a scanned copy or photo to [email protected].

If you are a new owner, WELCOME!  And please complete the form so that you can have access to the website and receive official communication from the POA via email.

If your email or mailing address changes, please complete this form to ensure that the Association has the best contact information for you.

If you prefer to receive paper notices via USPS instead of (or in addition to) email, please make this preference known to a Board member.
